Our personalized meditation is a non-religious meditation based on the assumption and self-experience, that as a human being, we exist of body, ego, mind & soul, but also carry a higher and perfect spirit within us. Achieving true satisfaction, therefore requires, that we should find the individual balance within ourselves by taking care of each part, not leaving one out of sight. Unfortunately, there is a huge gap in our highly developed and material orientated society, which lets us focus mainly on the matter, our body and the poor desires of our ego; this is what can lead us into a difficult and painful state, not knowing its root cause. Many types of meditation or body-related practices that are meant to calm down our mind and relax our body, here and now, are based on the method of making an impact on ourselves by using the way from the outside to the inside. But if we consider, that even our breath, as well as our body tension and sensation, and overall health, are simply an expression of our mental images, and belief, we should finally get to the point, where we arrange a change exactly there – inside of us. Regarding this, we have developed our own meditation, a combined form of autogenic meditation and inner-reflection, guided by our speaker(Jens) and accompanied by sounds and images, in a harmonic environment. To personalize your meditation, the input regarding your emotion and body sensation is necessary. This information will then be gently imbedded into our session. Our practiced meditation then consists of:

  2. Guided Meditation for Body and Mind Relaxation & Silence
  3. Inner-Reflection & Offering a more favorable point of view
  4. Affirmation & Silence

By constantly leaving out the part of inner-reflection, we will only achieve short-term recovery. The effect will fade out soon if we move on like always. Instead of this happening, we will want to develop our consciousness and improve our everyday feeling and personal atmosphere, steadfastly. No one just wants to follow blindly what he is told to do but wants to make his own steps in gaining a more attentive awareness towards true and satisfying values of a higher consistency, and in striving for these noble virtues, such as purity, gentleness, calmness, humility and wisdom. Changes can only be made through readiness and willingness by ourselves and within ourselves.

I aim to help you make your steps in developing higher consciousness, to simply soften up, and unwind your mind and body. I will guide you into a deep state of peace, that suits your consciousness, and if the moment is right, even beyond.
