Meditative Walk and Hike

In our meditative walk and hike, we combine activity and the pureness of nature, with our beautiful meditation. As we calmly walk or hike through the desert, slowly making our steps upwards, we already prepare our meditation by speaking a silent mantra affirming our desired emotion and enjoying the atmosphere of nature’s emptiness. If an unpleasant feeling or merely the need to escape the atmosphere of the city is the initial spark to do this, then it is absolutely fine, as we will make a change. Reaching a spot, tranquil and relaxing already by itself, we will gather in a comfortable position and arrive at the beauty of nature, listening to the sound of its silence or the enjoyable ripple of the nearby stream. As we begin to soften up, I will guide you through a meditation to relax your body, calm down your mind, and clear out all unpleasant emotions. We will relish this moment of simplicity, as it will serve our body, mind and spirit with clarity and revitalization.

Palm Springs:
