Mindful Meditation Course

This 3-week, in-person, mindful meditation course provides you with guided meditations, practices, techniques, exemplifications, presentations, tools, a handout, as well as a sound bath and outdoor meditation, which altogether will enable you to meditate effectively by yourself.

The course consists of 6x 90 min sessions over the period of 3 weeks and offers excellent value in regards to content and effectiveness. It is suitable for individuals, couples, or a small group of friends (of 3) and allows a direct and deeper connection, as well as life-situation-specific questions and answers. This course will be adjusted to your needs and experience and is suitable for beginners, intermediate level, or even for advanced meditators looking to deepen their samadhi states.

We will meet twice a week, allowing you to practice the techniques at home to stabilize your routine. Every session includes a guided meditation, visuals, sounds, and mindful teachings/practices; From body scan, loving-kindness and sound bath meditation, third-eye/heart-space focus to a powerful breathing protocol, mala use, creating your mantras, nature connection, the grounding method, Q/A, and mindful & spiritual exemplifications.

The Mindful Meditation Course will not only elevate your inner sense of well-being but also strengthen your calmness and concentration, and support you in transforming the obstacles on your journey into manageable challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your mindful meditation routine further and feel the benefits of mindfulness and meditation first-hand.
