In fact, it is the most natural process for us human beings to recharge and recover. It takes place every night while we sleep. We rest our mind and body so that our spiritual body can connect and commune through a deep state with a power that has a great refreshing effect.</div>

<div dir="auto">Regeneration clearly is accessible to all of us, not just to those who actively practice a specific meditation routine. Yet, life and sleep can turn into a struggle as we start living too fast, too reckless, and clutter up inside with meaningless content following poor desires and goals. This inattentive living is then the opposite of rebalancing, caused by a behavior where we focus mainly on the outside, only on things and expressions around us. We compare and judge, not noticing that we have lost track of the most important connection: with our spiritual selves. Anxieties then find fertile soil, and suffering must occur to make us aware. This is entirely human; however, the possibility and choice of slowing down and rebalancing are as present and simple as they have been before.<span style="font-size: 17px; text-align: center;">Finding our inner calm again doesn’t necessarily take mindful practices, just because our “mind is full.” It is then more about practicing mindlessness in a way that we “mind less,” meaning worry less about too many things with fear or excitement as their foundation.</p>

Sometimes, the best meditation is to intuitively sense the right moment, then sit in stillness and enjoy your inner peace, simply letting the process of rebalancing happen by itself.</div>

The Truth is unconditional; The Truth is happiness, precision, love, warmth, safety, peace, freedom, calmness, and compassion. It is the capability of forgivingness and unification. Yet, we are filled with concerns, worries, adverse thoughts, fear, poor imagination, and wrong beliefs, which contradict the perfection inside of us, so now the Truth has to await our recognition and remembrance.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The Truth gives us the right of volition and the power of choice, which, if we finally accept means, we are the creator of our emotions, experiences, health, and satisfaction. It gives us the power to shape our own world in the grade we believe in things.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">But why is it, then, that we experience negative thoughts, emotions, and situations which we obviously do not want? Simply to cast them out of our inside, as they are still there if we feel deeply addressed and they still have the power to influence our emotions or even control our behavior. Freeing our Minds from adverse thoughts is the real work in faith we have to do firstly.</p></div>

<p style="text-align: left;">Sometimes the Truth can be a burden; it can hurt if overseen for too long. It will hurt to the degree it is ignored – Again, it is your utmost unconscious wish to find back to the source of your inner greatness, harmony, glory, and true identity.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The only reason why we do not perceive the Truth clearly is because, as humans, we are multi-parted beings, carrying <strong>Ego</strong>, <strong>Spirit</strong>, and <strong>Mind</strong> in our <strong>Body</strong>. Our <strong>Ego</strong> causes separation, constantly feeding us with negative thoughts; but without it, we could not exist as a human being and experience this world on earth. However, we shouldn’t take the chitchat of it too seriously. Our <strong>Spirit</strong> knows already; it is willing to direct us and keeps us connected and united with something Greater. And with our <strong>Mind</strong>, we should always strive to consciously find the perfect and individual balance in us to enjoy this life in the most constructive, creative, pleasant, happiest, and harmonious way.</p>

And each of these parts that let me be a human being need to be taken care of in its supposed way. We can not just live our life by following our Ego and taking care of our bodies. We will want to clear our minds from unpleasant thoughts, and step by step, get closer to consciously feeling our higher spirit within.</p></div>

If we really want to make a change to the life we experience and improve our Sleep, the following central questions can help us gain awareness if we are willing, honest and self-critical to ourselves:</p>

<li><strong>Did I follow a self-determined occupation, which gave me pleasure?</strong></li>
<li><strong>Which influences and attractions did I expose myself to?</strong></li>
<li><strong>Which emotions did I carry inside of me?</strong></li>

<p style="text-align: left;">Besides our basic needs and daily routine, it is our self-awareness, and the steps we make in developing our consciousness towards a purer and wiser one, that will lead us into the pathway of unconditional satisfaction and peaceful sleep. Consider these questions to help you realize where improvements can be made:</p>

<li><strong>Did I, through self-recognition and self-awareness, stimulate and improve my own consciousness?</strong></li>
<li><strong>Did I stand by my inner-truth, as I was put to the test?</strong></li>
<li><strong>Did I find recovery in stillness and out of my inner-source?</strong></li>

<p style="text-align: left;">All other actions we take that arise from our lower desires and imaginations can be completely meaningless when we need deep-rest, unconditional satisfaction, and revitalizing Sleep.</p>

In fact, it takes almost nothing to experience my Spiritual Identity, but that is the point. Nothing means: no adverse thoughts, no worries, no imagination, Stillness, and this again means to accomplish a free and calm Mind. So, besides my will, choice, and, of course, faith in something Greater, a <strong>Pure Mind</strong> is what I wish to achieve. In communion with the Greater Power, to which I then can connect through my Spiritual Being, I will find Unconditional Peace, Safety, and Harmony. It will enlighten me with Love, Inner-Calmness, and Warmth.</p>

If we manage to calm and slow down, release stress and tension, our hearts will open up, and we will be able to hear <strong>the beautiful sound of our True Self</strong>. Then our prayers, concerns, and questions will be heard and answered, and we will be able to see and reach <strong>Better Solutions</strong>, <strong>Peace of Mind</strong>, and <strong>True Satisfaction</strong>. </p>

There also seems to be a lack of awareness and mindfulness for the true meaning of life. This is mainly caused by not respecting and seeing ourselves as multipart beings with the need for inner clearing and nurturing by improving our consciousness with a more peaceful point of view.  However, clearing out fearful thoughts is something highly</span><span style="font-size: 17px;"> satisfying.</span></p></div>

<p style="text-align: left;">By focusing mainly on material growth and losing track of sanity and the deeper reason for life<span style="font-size: 17px;">, we not only harm our mind and body, but also the environment of this beautiful planet. </span><span style="font-size: 17px; text-align: center;">We should awaken to the fact that we can not grow with the same speed and intensity of the last 150 years any longer. </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 17px;">Also, people are driven by existential fear, and that is an unfortunate burden for us to carry. </span><span style="font-size: 17px; text-align: center;">Spirit and Nature will force us to make a stop, and it shouldn’t be a more sudden one than we are already experiencing right now. Therefore, we should prepare better by developing a more intelligent economic system. Ours is wobbling. It is time to think outside of the box more comprehensively. We all know communism doesn’t work, and capitalism can be adverse if out of balance, too. Maybe the solution is in the middle as a combination?</span></p>

Not as a replacement for our jobs, but on top. Just as much that it will be spent and is the fundament in the national economic system &#8211; to help each individual, but also businesses and governments to have a better countable basis. Couldn’t that mean real wealth and safety? Try to see this without worries, and it seems to be the solution we need. One that can help us slow and calm down and feel more confident, and focus on more meaningful things in life. It would decrease not only poverty and theft, but also sickness. We would have the favor of taking longer breaks to recover without being in fear and more time to reflect upon ourselves.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">How often do I feel angry, disappointed, sad, lonely, or aggressive inside? Am I joyful, free, happy, and satisfied? Where do my positive emotions come from?</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Did I, through self-recognition and self-awareness, stimulate and improve my own consciousness?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Do I detect negative, fearful thoughts inside me and change my perspective towards a positive and peaceful one, by denying these adverse thought patterns? Do I ask my higher spirit within to support me in doing so? <em><strong>Do I know that my higher spirit is just waiting for me to do exactly this?</strong></em></p>

Not only the purpose but also the ingredients we eat have changed. Most of our foods are processed industrially with many chemical additives, for growing, raising, preserving, and enriching. We eat and gather, we eat for pleasure, sometimes for amusement, even if we are not hungry. We talk and eat, enjoy the taste, and don&#8217;t notice that we overeat too often. We eat so much that we harm our bodies. Enough said. We all know of it. But why can&#8217;t we change it? Why does it seem so difficult? Why has it become so easy to eat unhealthily?</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We have a choice. <strong>I, by myself, decide what to buy and eat.</strong> It is up to me, and the supply of food will change over time by my choice and the others around me. So, <em><strong>why and how do I eat?</strong></em> The following can help to rethink and change our way of eating:</p></div>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Eat when you are hungry</strong> &#8211; It is fundamental that we should eat when we are hungry for the purpose of nourishing and strengthening our bodies. We should find out ourselves when the moment is right for us to eat. Our digestion and organs are designed to work perfectly. But there is a precise order in our excellent digestive system, and the start-signal in this perfect sequence is given by ourselves when we are hungry. This is a very simple fact, but not to be underrated.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong> </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Eat in a calm condition and surrounding</strong> – Try to be quiet while eating; no phone, tv, newspaper, or chattering. Relax before eating; enjoy a moment of stillness before you start. Eat and chew slowly. The way you eat is as meaningful as what you eat! Try it.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong> </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Eat what you like</strong> – But choose the ingredients wisely and humanly. There is nothing wrong with eating meat, for the ones that like it, but in moderation. We should handle and take care of the animals in a more kind way. This would be easier if we&#8217;d start eating just half the amount of meat. Stables would have more room for the animals and wouldn&#8217;t need to raise the animals as fast, with too many hormones. But also for our fruits and vegetables, it is smart not to add too many chemicals to fertilize and preserve. Let nature do it for us, and let us try to buy more regional and seasonal.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong> </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Watch your Nutrition-Energy-Balance</strong> – Our foods and drinks contain an enormous amount of energy. Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, and Caffeine are added in huge amounts (in the US average sugar consumption/person is 3-times higher than advised). Learn how to keep an eye on the energy balance between your food and your bodily energy use. Having Donuts and coffee, then trying to sit still at your desk, might not be the smartest thing to do. Watch your children&#8217;s nutrition balance too! The energy you consume through your food has to go somewhere! If you don&#8217;t move much, your body doesn&#8217;t need as much food as a lumberjack.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">If you want to make a change to your nutrition, <strong>you can do it!</strong> Don’t make it special; keep it simple and suitable for every day.</p>

<ul>
<li style="text-align: left;">Go to bed when you are <strong>sleepy</strong>. Not before, only because you think it is time to go to bed.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Find and stick to a healthy sleeping routine &#8211; same hours.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Find the <strong>right amount</strong> of sleep for you. Some people are fine with 5-7 hours, and others need 6–8 or even 8-10 hours. Albert Einstein reportedly slept for at least 10 hours/day.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">If you can’t sleep, <strong>do something</strong> different and more mindless, read a book, go for a walk, try meditating, sing some songs, do housework, but don’t force yourself to sleep.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Don’t take your cell phone to bed with you. Choose <strong>flight mode</strong> more often.</li>

<li style="text-align: left;">Find the <strong>best spot</strong> in your room to put up your bed, facing the outside, or open space, away from other people in the house. Avoid sleeping head to head with other people in your home or the same building, like in a hotel.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Make your bed every day yourself, so it is <strong>comfortable</strong>, <strong>clean</strong>, and looks <strong>inviting</strong>.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Don’t expose yourself to bright light the last 2 hours before you go to bed. Instead, <strong>dim your lights</strong> and do something calming.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;"><strong>Watch your nutrition</strong>. Don’t consume caffeine, alcohol, sugar, or high fructose corn syrup in the last 4 hours before you go to bed.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;"><strong>Don’t overload</strong> yourself with information. Your mind will work on it.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">A hot shower or physical exercise before you go to bed can be relaxing for one. For another, it will stimulate blood circulation and increase adrenalin, which will make you even more awake. <strong>Find out what type you are</strong>.</li>

<p style="text-align: left;">But this is only half the truth, and you will only be able to tell if you try and search for the truth yourself.
